22M here, working professional. Vegetarian, not a smoker or a drinker.
Looking for preoccupied 2/3BHKs to move in. I am flexible on date, but preferably within a week of finalising.
Budget: 20k individually (rent + maintenance + appliance rent charges + utilities + cook/maid)
Willing to pay extra if already set up.
Locations: Kadubeesanahalli, Marathahalli, Brookefield and other nearby areas. Flats near the purple line are also fine (my office is near pattandur metro).
Non Negotiables: No non veg should be cooked in the house. I am a pure vegetarian.
